She has served as a consultant at the General Secretariat for Family Policy and Gender Equality and is a certified Business Coach and Marketing Consultant with expertise in equality.

She studied Business Administration with a focus on gender equality and holds a master's degree in Strategic Marketing , while she has been trained in Women's Social Entrepreneurship and holds the EU's WISE4Women certification.

He is a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council and a mentor to organizations such as Women Do Business , ACEin , Foundit by King's Trust International , Startab , and Bizrupt .
